2. Use Twitter as your support network and tweet with other #FittestTweeters.

3. Celebrate victories, large and small. And, admit when you cheat with a tweet.

4. Weigh In Wednesdays: Use #WeighInWednesday for progress updates. Doesn’t have to be
    pounds lost, could be the number of times you’ve exercised.
