@DigitalRoyalty: 40 Days


Somehow, I’ve gained a “few” unwanted pounds. As a result, I’m on a mission to lose them and get as fit as can be before turning the big 3-0 in exactly 40 days.

In the past, I’ve been the queen of quick fixes. No carbs, 10pm visits to the gym, sauna rooms, etc. I even ran a marathon once. Secretly, it was all an attempt to lose those last 5-10 pounds. I’m done with the extremes and determined to find a more balanced and healthy approach before my next decade begins.

I tend to be more motivated when there’s a game, challenge, club or prize at the end. So, inventing the Fittest Tweeter concept was a natural thing to do. The “How It Works” link off to the right explains everything. It’s super simple.

Who’s in this with me? Call it the Fittest Tweeter Club or the Fittest Tweeter Challenge, whatever motivates you.

Until the balance and moderation thing gets figured out (and my jeans aren’t so tight) gummi bears are dead to me.
